Tourism Development Project in Southern Sardinia
Description
Following previous agreements, on the instructions and with the authorisation of the legal representative
of the sole owner of the land in question, I enclose, on a confidential basis,
a brief description of the project and further information that may be useful.
In summary: approximately 40 minutes from Cagliari airport – 250 hectares – Municipal Urban Plan
definitively approved in accordance with the Regional Landscape Plan – VOLUME
180,000/200,000 CUBIC METRES – preliminary and definitive approval of the subdivision plans
.
Homogeneous Zones F1 and F1H of the Municipal Urban Plan: 60,000 cubic metres (80% hotel volume
20% residential volume)
- Section 1: Area approximately 98,000 square metres, buildable volume approximately 39,500 cubic metres
- Section 2: Area approx. 47,000 m², buildable volume approx. 21,000 m³
Zone E: buildable volume (social welfare/rehabilitation facility, agritourism, refreshment point,
educational farm): approx. 120,000 m³.
The plan identifies the interventions in the two zones F (Compartment 1 and Compartment 2,
as per the approved PUC) and the possible allocation of interventions in Zone E (hypothetically: social welfare/rehabilitation facility, agritourism, refreshment point, educational farm), subject to
change, given the extent of the land that can be used for this purpose.
I would like to emphasise that this is a municipal urban plan that complies with the Landscape Plan - Landscape (Buras publication), so that building is actually permitted in the areas covered.
